Amended Schedule of Fees and Charges (closes 24 Oct 2026)
Norfolk Island Regional Council (Council) has placed the amended Schedule of Fees and Charges on public exhibition for 28 days seeking community and stakeholder feedback.
At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 23 September 2026, Council approved amendments to three fees and charges: the Water Assurance Scheme (WAS) Business Accommodation E, Call Outs to Deliberate/Unattended Fires, and Call Outs to Automatic Fire Alarms. The amendments correct an error and improve clarity within the 2026-2027 Schedule of Fees and Charges, which will now be placed on public exhibition for 28 days.

If you would like to see Council's Operational Plan report for 2026-2027, this report provides a monthly update on delivery of the 2026–2027 Operational Plan. It highlights completed actions, progress during the month, actions for Council consideration and changes to approved budgets. The September 2026 report is available to view at Operational Plans.
Following the exhibition period, a further report will be presented to Council recommending any further revisions.
To make a public submission, follow the instructions below and provide feedback before the submission closing date of 4:00pm on 24 October 2026.
