Service Delivery Agreement

The Service Delivery Agreement (SDA) is the principal contractual mechanism through which Council delivers state-type services on behalf of the Commonwealth of Australia. These services sit beyond ordinary local government functions and include regulatory, compliance, community safety, public administration and service delivery responsibilities essential to the functioning of Norfolk Island.
