Norfolk Island Regional Council (Council) seeks to procure a dedicated marine transport service for removal of accumulated waste from Norfolk Island to an approved receiving location for lawful recycling, treatment or disposal.
The required service is to provide a safe, compliant, reliable and value-for-money solution. The procurement is to be assessed on a whole-of-service basis, including marine transport, lifting, destination handling, onward transport and final disposal or recycling.
Peak Services Pty Ltd is managing this procurement process on behalf of Norfolk Island Regional Council.
