Norfolk Island Regional Council will be launching an upgraded meetings web portal, designed to make it easier for the community to access meeting information online.

The upgrade follows recent improvements made by Redman Solutions, the service provider that hosts Council’s meetings web portal.

The updated portal, available from 27 April 2026, provides a more user‑friendly way for people to find Council meeting agendas, minutes, documents and available recordings in one central location.

The upgrade is part of Council’s ongoing commitment to transparency and keeping the community informed about Council decision-making.

What’s new

The upgraded portal has:

  • A fresh, improved look and layout for the portal
  • Mobile pages updated to match the new portal design
  • Easier searching for meetings, agenda items and documents.
  • Support for community members

Council hopes the new portal will be easy for the community to follow. However, for those wanting more assistance, there is a step-by-step PDF user guide explaining how to:

  • Find meetings
  • Search for agenda items and meeting documents
  • Access available livestreams and recordings.

The PDF guide is available on Council’s website and is designed to support both regular users and those accessing the portal for the first time.

Council encourages community members to explore the new portal and use the guide if they need help getting started.

The user guide is available on Council’s website now at 2026 Meetings with the new portal going live on this same weblink from 27 April 2026.
