The latest quarterly Retail Price Index (RPI) report for Norfolk Island has been released, based on price data on Norfolk Island for the months of October to December 2025.
For the December 2025 quarter (Q4 for the 2025 calendar year) on Norfolk Island, quarterly inflation was 2.78% compared with 1.92% in the September quarter (Q3 2025) and 2.32% in the June quarter (Q2 2025). Airfares and insurance price rises were key drivers in the inflation increase.
Annualised inflation is 12.05%, compared with 9.99% in the September quarter (Q3 2025) and 8.09% in the June quarter (Q2 2025).
