Draft Relocation and Rent Assistance Policy (General Manager)

NIRC has prepared a draft Relocation and Rent Assistance Policy (General Manager) for public exhibition for 28 days from 28 November 2025 to 27 December 2025. The purpose of this policy is to outline the eligibility requirements and entitlements available should the successful General Manager not currently reside on the island and may need to relocate to Norfolk Island to undertake employment with NIRC. The policy aims to strengthen NIRC’s Employee Value Proposition and encourage the best possible candidates to apply for the position, no matter where they are based. Applicants were advised the position would be based on island.
