Norfolk Island Regional Council (Council) invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, companies or service providers for the provision of heavy diesel mechanic services for Council’s fleet of heavy plant, equipment and trucks.

The successful applicant will provide preventive maintenance, repairs, fault finding, diagnostics, planned service delivery, remote support between visits, and urgent response capability where required.

Services are intended to be delivered on a FIFO basis, with on-island attendance anticipated for approximately 2 to 3 weeks each quarter, with flexibility for increased attendance if operational needs require. There would be an initial attendance at a higher frequency to facilitate familiarisation and fleet/part assessments.
